I say how much I appreciate – every day – the difference you have made in my life with your skill and art. I still think with a smile of the booklet I saw from the chair I was in while you worked your magic, “Who Needs Permanent Makeup?” I can’t help still thinking, Who Doesn’t Need Permanent Makeup? Is there anyone who doesn’t?

I could certainly survive and live with myself wearing no makeup but having just a little makes the difference between just surviving and fully living. And it isn’t just my appearance improving in my eyes (literally…no pun intended), it is not having to feel both apologetic to myself and indescribably frustrated every time I look in the mirror because I’m physically unable to apply even a littlt makeup to my eyes.

You have made such a positive difference in my life with – every day -, and I can’t thank you enough!

Dear Ramona,

Thank you so much for your help in straightening out my previous technicians errors. I also appreciate your giving me so much of your time with the few corrective visits I have made to you to work this out. It is a process, but one that is well worth it.

I was 50% satisfied with the work that had been done before you began, but I see the difference now. Also my daughter made the comment that the differences were “night and day” between your work and what I had before. My co-worker thinks I am wearing makeup when I have none on. I see what you mean that it is harder to fix someone else’s goofs, than to begin from scratch.

My lips are perfect. My eyeliner has improved. And, for the first time, I have eyebrows that I can enjoy. The eyebrow color is not purple anymore and the new shape balances my face so well.

I know we have a couple of visits left, and we will talk more then, but I want to refer my daughter to you for some work.

Having been a model since 1997 for permanent make-up procedures, I have been exposed to advanced students, beginning students and instructors worldwide performing eyeliner, lip liner, and eyebrow techniques. The techniques and procedures you performed on me far surpassed my experiences of the past. The make-up is much deeper and of a richer texture that does not fade within a short time. I appreciate the pride and perfection you take in your work to allow the outcome to be outstanding.
